Calcium is really important for strong bones and teeth.

How much does my child need?

The amount depends on age and gender. Your child should be able to get enough Calcium from their diet if they eat a good balanced diet. If your child is on a special diet they may be at risk of not receiving an adequate amount of Calcium.

Where do I find Calcium?

Calcium is mainly found in milk, cheese and other dairy products, some green leafy vegetables, some alternative milk drinks and yogurts and some fortified breads.
